Join us and other bike clubs on one of these fun rides. Whether you are new to cycling or an old pro, there is a ride that's right for you.

| Wednesday Start @ 7:30 am | | • We Ride at moderate speeds ranging from 18-20 mph Average to Key Biscayne from the store. Usually we ride between 25-40 miles depending on conditions. | | |
Friday Start @ 7:30 am | | • Moderate speeds 18-20 mph Average for 40 miles with a stop at la carreta for coffee!

Saturday Start @ 7:30 am | | • Beginners Ride slow to moderate speeds between 14 -17 mph Average for 25 miles. This is a good entry level ride for those wanting to get started in group rides but have been afraid. | | |
Sunday Start @ 7:30 am | | • Long distance rides to Roberts in Homestead or Las Olas blvd in Ft Lauderdale at moderate speed ranging from 20-23 mph Average for 80 miles. Unless we are participating at other organized events. |

In-Store Clinics and Workshops
Flat Repair Clinics
We're pleased to provide this great hands-on program on how to repair flats. You will learn how to replace inner tubes, identify what caused the flat, how to properly inflate your tires, and how to remove and install the tires.
Classes are normally held each second Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm at our store. Class size is limited and advanced registration is recommended. Call us at 305-444-2175 to reserve your spot and check the schedule.
